Thank you for choosing to book with Deer View. We look forward to welcoming you. By
making this booking you are entering into an agreement with us. Please read our
terms and conditions of booking below:

Payment Terms

For all bookings we require a deposit of £20 per person to confirm the booking. Any
deposit must reach us within 7 days of making the booking. We will then send
you an email or letter confirming the booking. The balance is due on departure.
We accept the following forms of payment i.e. cash, cheque with bankers card, credit
and debit card details. If payment is made by credit card we wish to point out
that we charge 2% on all credit card transactions.

 

Prices are
per person, per room, per night and include full English breakfast. For single occupancy a supplement will apply.

 

Breakfast
is served in the Dining Room between 8.00am and 9.00am. No allowance can be
made for meals not taken.



Pets

Sorry we do not allow pets at this property but would be happy to accept assistance
dogs. Please advise us of this at the time of booking as we have a small dog
and a cat in residence and we can then make the necessary arrangements.

 

Acceptance of children

We welcome children of all ages accompanied by an adult. We offer child reductions which are children
under 2 are free and children aged between 2 and 15 are half price. This only
applies for the family room.

 

 

Cancellation and Insurance

By making your booking, our agreement is a legal contract and your deposit is non-refundable.

 

Please note that your deposit is not refundable under any circumstances. We would
recommend that you take out cancellation insurance to cover this cost.
